These Terms and Conditions explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns, warranties and customer requests are handled. Please read them before placing an order.

01 Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the website or confirmed by written order confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law remain fully applicable and are not restricted by these Terms.
Some rules differ depending on whether a purchase is made by a consumer or a business customer.
02 Products and Product Information

Product names, descriptions, manufacturer part numbers, specifications, images, condition details and availability information should be reviewed before placing an order. Product images may be illustrative.
Where a product is sold as used, refurbished, open-box or otherwise not new, the condition should be stated on the product page, quotation or written order confirmation.
03 Technical Compatibility
Professional hardware may require specific processor sockets, firmware versions, serverServer chassis, riser cards, cables, power supplies, cooling systems, storage interfaces, operating systems or other compatible components.
The customer is responsible for checking compatibility before placing an order. If you need assistance, contact your manager before purchase and provide the exact system model, current configuration and manufacturer part number.
Installation, configuration and operation must be carried out by a competent person.
04 Prices, Taxes and Import Charges
Product prices are displayed on the website or provided by quotation where a price request is required. The amount payable and any known mandatory charges will be shown before the order is submitted or confirmed.
The applicable tax treatment may depend on the destination, customer type and current legal requirements. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees may be payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected before accepting an order.
05 Orders and Contract Formation
After submitting an order, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that the order request has been received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when dispatch is confirmed, final written acceptance is issued or the product is otherwise confirmed as reserved for fulfillment.
If a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed or cannot be supplied, the affected item may be cancelled and any payment received for it may be refunded.
06 Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or stated in the quotation. Orders may be processed after payment has been received or otherwise approved.
Payment details and official company bank details are provided on request by your manager where required.
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, reasonable additional information may be requested before dispatch.
07 Delivery
Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on destination, product availability, weight and dimensions. Available options are shown during checkout or confirmed separately.
Estimated delivery dates may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, record the condition with the carrier where possible and contact your manager promptly with the order number and photographs.
08 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
A consumer purchasing goods online generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
To exercise this right, send a clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, order number, product details and the date on which the goods were received.
Do not ship a return before receiving the current return instructions, company details and return address from your manager.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods.

10 Business Customer Returns
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. Business return requests are considered individually and may be accepted where agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Business customers must contact their manager before returning any product. Products sent without return instructions may be delayed or returned to the sender.
11 Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, contact your manager promptly and provide the order number, manufacturer part number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
For consumer purchases, available remedies are determined by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.
A product should not be returned before receiving return instructions.
12 Legal Guarantee and Commercial Warranty
Consumers are protected by the mandatory legal guarantee provided by applicable consumer law.
Any additional commercial warranty stated on a product page, quotation or invoice is supplementary. It does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
For business customers, warranty terms are those stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or separate written agreement.
13 Customer Complaints
Complaints should be submitted in writing to your manager. Please include your name, order number, product details, a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence where relevant.
Consumer complaints are reviewed according to applicable consumer protection rules.
If a consumer dispute is not resolved, the consumer may have the right to apply to the competent consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body under applicable law.
14 Accounts and Website Use
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. The website must not be misused, disrupted or accessed unlawfully.
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, payment systems or other users from fraud, abuse or security risks.
15 Intellectual Property
Website content, including original text, graphics, design elements and images, may not be copied, republished or reused commercially without permission.
Product names, trademarks, logos and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners.
16 Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy.

17 Export and Legal Compliance
Certain products, technologies or destinations may be subject to export, sanctions or trade-compliance restrictions. Orders may be refused or cancelled where supply, shipment or use would breach applicable law or binding restrictions.
Customers are responsible for using purchased products lawfully and for obtaining any permits required in the destination country.
18 Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms restricts the mandatory rights of consumers.
To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption resulting from incompatible hardware, incorrect installation, improper handling, unsupported modifications or use outside the intended purpose of a product.
19 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable consumer protection rules.
Before submitting a dispute to an external authority, contact your manager so the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
20 Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to services, business processes or legal requirements.
The version published on the website at the time of an order applies to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
