01 Scope of These Terms
Outlet City Tech is an online store operated by UAB "Technosa". These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Outlet City Tech website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law remain fully applicable and are not restricted by these Terms.
Some rules differ depending on whether a purchase is made by a consumer or a business customer. A consumer is an individual acting outside their trade, business or professional activity. A business customer is a company, organization or individual purchasing for commercial or professional purposes.
02 Products and Product Information
Outlet City Tech sells professional hardware, including servers, GPUs, processors, memory, motherboards, storage devices, networking equipment, workstations and data-center components.
We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, manufacturer part numbers, technical specifications, images, condition details and availability information. Product images may be illustrative. Always review the individual product page before placing an order.
Where a product is sold as used, refurbished, open-box or otherwise not new, the condition will be stated on the relevant product page or confirmed before the order is finalized. Normal signs of previous use do not constitute a defect where they were clearly disclosed before purchase.
03 Technical Compatibility
Professional hardware may require specific processor sockets, firmware versions, server chassis, riser cards, cables, power supplies, cooling systems, storage interfaces, operating systems or other compatible components.
The customer is responsible for checking compatibility before placing an order. If you need assistance, contact [email protected] before purchase and provide the exact system model, current configuration and manufacturer part number.
Installation, configuration and operation must be carried out by a competent person. To the extent permitted by law, Outlet City Tech is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible components, improper handling, unsupported modifications or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.
04 Prices, Taxes and Import Charges
Product prices are displayed on the website or provided by quotation where a price request is required. The amount payable and any applicable mandatory charges known to us will be shown before the order is submitted or confirmed.
The applicable tax treatment may depend on the destination, customer type and current legal requirements. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees may be payable by the customer unless the checkout page or written quotation expressly states otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If such an error affects an order that has already been paid, we will contact the customer and offer either a corrected order or a refund.
05 Orders and Contract Formation
After submitting an order, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that we have received the order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, issue a final written acceptance or otherwise confirm that the product has been reserved for fulfillment.
If a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed or cannot be supplied, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment received for it.
06 Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or stated in the quotation. Orders may be processed after payment has been received or otherwise approved.
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we may request reasonable additional information before dispatch. If required verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled and any received payment refunded.
07 Delivery
Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product availability, weight and dimensions. Available options are shown during checkout or confirmed separately.
Unless another delivery timeline has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable law. Estimated delivery dates may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, record the condition with the carrier where possible and contact [email protected] promptly with the order number and photographs.
08 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
A consumer purchasing goods online generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods.
To exercise this right, send a clear written statement to [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, order number, product details and the date on which the goods were received.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. Please contact us before shipping a return so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods. Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds are processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. For sales contracts, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until evidence of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

10 Business Customer Returns
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. Return requests submitted by business customers are considered individually and may be accepted where agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Business customers must contact [email protected] before returning any product. Products sent without return instructions may be delayed or returned to the sender.
11 Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, contact [email protected] promptly and provide the order number, manufacturer part number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
For consumer purchases, available remedies are determined by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.
A product should not be returned before receiving return instructions from our support team.
12 Legal Guarantee and Commercial Warranty
Consumers are protected by the mandatory legal guarantee provided by applicable consumer law. In Lithuania, consumers may contact the seller regarding product defects that arise within two years from delivery.
Any additional commercial warranty stated on a product page, quotation or invoice is supplementary. It does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Second-hand goods remain subject to consumer protection rules. However, normal wear, disclosed condition details and defects clearly communicated before purchase are taken into account when assessing whether a product conforms to the contract.
For business customers, warranty terms are those stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or separate written agreement.
13 Customer Complaints
Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, product details, a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence where relevant.
Consumer complaints will be reviewed free of charge. A reasoned written response will be provided within 14 calendar days from receipt of the complaint.
If a consumer does not receive a response within this period or is not satisfied with the response, the consumer may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for alternative out-of-court dispute resolution: VVTAT.
14 Accounts and Website Use
Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. The website must not be misused, disrupted or accessed unlawfully.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, payment systems or other users from fraud, abuse or security risks.
15 Intellectual Property
Website content, including original text, graphics, design elements and images, may not be copied, republished or reused commercially without permission.
Product names, trademarks, logos and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners.
16 Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before placing an order or creating an account.
For privacy-related questions, contact [email protected].
17 Export and Legal Compliance
Certain products, technologies or destinations may be subject to export, sanctions or trade-compliance restrictions. Orders may be refused or cancelled where supply, shipment or use would breach applicable law or binding restrictions.
Customers are responsible for using purchased products lawfully and for obtaining any permits required in the destination country.
18 Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms restricts the mandatory rights of consumers.
To the extent permitted by law, Outlet City Tech is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption resulting from incompatible hardware, incorrect installation, improper handling, unsupported modifications or use outside the intended purpose of a product.
19 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
Before submitting a dispute to an external authority, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it fairly.
20 Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business processes or legal requirements. The version published on the website at the time of an order applies to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
