Important Notice for Shortage and High-Demand Products
Certain GPUs, AI accelerators, serverServer components, processorsProcessors and data-center products may have limited availability. Where a product must be reserved, sourced or awaited from the manufacturer, the estimated delivery timeframe may extend up to 3 months.
01 Scope of This Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased through the website or confirmed by written order confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, manufacturer lead times, destination, carrier processing, customs procedures and the characteristics of the ordered hardware.
02 Estimated Delivery Timelines
Many professional hardware products are supplied after an order is confirmed.
If an item is already available for dispatch, the expected shipment and delivery timeline will be shown during checkout or confirmed by your manager.
Products supplied from a manufacturer or distribution partner generally require at least 14 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
For products with constrained supply, the estimated delivery timeframe may extend up to 3 months. The extended timeframe is disclosed before the order is accepted.
03 Extended Lead Times for Deficit Products
Some professional hardware is produced or allocated in limited quantities. This may affect GPU accelerators, AI hardware, processorsProcessors, serverServer components, storageStorage systems and other data-center equipment.
If a product requires an extended lead time, the estimated waiting period will be shown on the product page, confirmed during checkout, stated in a quotation or communicated before the order is accepted.
Where the expected delivery period exceeds 30 calendar days, the longer period applies only after it has been clearly disclosed and agreed with the customer.
04 Delivery Destinations
Available delivery destinations and shipping methods are shown during checkout or confirmed individually. Some heavy, oversized or high-value products may require a specialized delivery method.
Certain destinations, products or technologies may be subject to export, sanctions, customs or trade-compliance restrictions. An order may be refused or cancelled where shipment would breach applicable law or binding restrictions.
05 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, carrier, parcel weight, product dimensions, insurance requirements and any specialized handling needs.
Where shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, they will be confirmed before the order is accepted. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees payable in the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
06 Order Processing
Order processing begins after the order has been confirmed and any required payment has been received.
The customer may be contacted if product availability, configuration, shipping details or technical information require clarification.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that the request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or that the product has already been reserved.
07 Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking activation may take additional time after a label has been created by the carrier.
For palletized, oversized or specialized shipments, tracking and delivery coordination may be provided separately.
08 Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delays may arise due to manufacturer allocation, constrained supply, carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
If the expected timeframe changes materially, updated information should be provided where possible.
If an order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, contact your manager and include the order number.
09 Consumer Delivery Rights
If no different delivery timeframe has been agreed, goods ordered by a consumer should be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
Where a longer lead time applies to a shortage or manufacturer-supplied product, the extended timeframe is communicated before the order is accepted.
If delivery is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the consumer may contact the seller in writing and provide an additional reasonable period for delivery where required by applicable law.
10 Damaged Shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, inspect the packaging before accepting delivery where possible. Record the condition with the carrier and take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and product.
Contact your manager promptly and include the order number, photographs and a description of the issue.
11 Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, telephone number and any required access information.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt or uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted by applicable law.

13 Changes to This Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to services, fulfillment processes, delivery partners or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date where applicable.
