2. Where are you located?

Our main fulfillment center is in Vilnius, Lithuania:

This is where all orders are prepared and shipped. Local pickup can also be arranged by appointment.


3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via our official bank account. This ensures maximum security, transparency, and fraud prevention.
We do not accept PayPal, cards, or cash. Payments are fully traceable and protected.


4. Is my payment secure?

Yes. Every payment is processed via our regulated Revolut business account.
No sensitive data is stored or shared. Your bank transfer is fully compliant with European financial regulations and provides full proof of payment.

We provide guidance, but customs clearance is handled locally.


8. How do I return or exchange an item?

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

9. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but returns are available.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

11. Local Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment at our Vilnius location:

Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: Closed

Bring your order number and ID when collecting your purchase. Orders placed before 3 PM are usually ready the same day.
